Refund policy

Our refund policy is that if you advise at least 48 hrs prior to your scheduled reading, you will be refunded totally. If advised 24 hrs prior to your scheduled reading, you will be refunded 50% of your purchase. We do not offer any refunds, if it is a no-shows. The reading will start at the reserved time. If the client joins later than this time, the reading will still end at the set time.
